​The 2022 GMP and Regulatory Knowledge Competition of Shandong Loncom Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. has been successfully held

In order to learn, promote, and implement GMP and regulations better, stimulate employees' enthusiasm for learning, enhance their quality awareness, and improve the quality management level of the enterprise, the Quality Management Department organizes the "2022 GMP and Regulatory Knowledge Competition" for Shandong Loncom Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. on June 18, 2022.

There are a total of 24 participants from 8 representative teams in this competition, including the API workshop, API R&D department, formulation workshop, formulation R&D department, QC, procurement department, warehouse, operation management department, and infrastructure equipment department. Each participating team builds up a team by drawing lots to determine the number of members, and engages in fierce competition for the championship honor.

To ensure the fairness and impartiality of the competition, Sui Weimin, the person in charge of quality management, and Li Xiuhe, the person in charge of production management, are invited as the judges of the competition to expand the knowledge points further during the competition process and arbitrate disputes.

The competition consists of four stages: individual quizzes, team quizzes, team rush-to-answer question, and risk questions. During the competition, each team fully utilizes the strategy of individual combat and team cooperation, and each question must be contested.

After a series of fierce competitions, the "Striving for the First Team" wins the first prize, the "Brave Development Team" wins the second prize, and the "Flying Tiger Team" wins the third prize. Among the 24 participating team members, Zheng Shujuan from the API workshop wins the Individual Excellence Award. The on-site audiences also participate actively, answer every question and fully demonstrate the enthusiasm of all staff to learn GMP and regulations.

This GMP and regulatory knowledge competition has improved the level of GMP and regulatory knowledge among employees, enhanced the learning atmosphere for employees, and provided strong guarantees for Shandong Loncom Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. to further improve its quality management level. It has laid the foundation for achieving the grand goal of "Innovating new drugs, benefiting the world ".
