Risperidone, used for the treatment of acute and chronic schizophrenia and other psychiatric states with obvious positive symptoms (such as: hallucinations, delusions, disorganized thinking, hostility, suspicion) and obvious negative symptoms (such as: unresponsiveness, apathy and social apathy, little speech). It may also reduce affective symptoms associated with schizophrenia (eg, depression, guilt, anxiety). For patients who are effective in acute treatment, this product can continue to exert its clinical efficacy in maintenance therapy.
