News Release – July 21, 2026
From July 13 to 15, 2026, Bestcomm Pharmaceutical held its 2026 New Employee Bootcamp. Outstanding graduates from universities across the country gathered in Jinan for a three‑day intensive programme designed to facilitate their transformation from campus students to workplace professionals.
The bootcamp was built around the theme of "Integration" and featured three carefully designed modules: classroom instruction, team‑building exercises, and thematic workshops.
Classroom sessions covered a range of courses, including "Inside Bestcomm," "Transformation for Progress – The Rules of Growth," "From 'Doing Things' to 'Getting Things Done' – Project Management Mindset," "7S Competency Journey," "Safety Launch – A Journey to Safety Competency for New Employees," and "Integrating into Bestcomm." These courses helped new employees gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business landscape, master general workplace methodologies, and develop a strong safety‑first mindset.
During the team‑building segment, participants challenged themselves in the "Bestcomm New Adventure" project, learning the power of collaboration and discovering the "right path to execution" through post‑activity debriefs.
In the thematic workshop, a "World Café" discussion was held to identify common cognitive misconceptions and behavioral blind spots among newcomers, and to propose coping strategies, helping them proactively adapt to workplace challenges.
People are Bestcomm's most valuable asset. Bestcomm will continue to empower employee growth through systematic training, unite the team through a shared culture, and cultivate more high‑quality professionals in the noble mission of safeguarding human health.
